      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Regus regarding their unfair and unresponsive handling of my request to terminate my agreement. Despite adhering to their terms and conditions and submitting a timely termination request, I have been met with refusal to terminate my agreement and void the automatic renewal.I submitted a termination request on July 22, 2024, while my current lease was still active and set to end on July 31, 2024. Regus has refused to honor this request, citing an automatic renewal clause.Regus claims to have sent courtesy reminder emails regarding the automatic renewal on April 9, 2024. However, there is no confirmation that I received these emails. According to the ********** Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), notices must be confirmed as received and acknowledged by the recipient to be valid.Unfair Contract Terms:The automatic renewal clause in the contract is unfair and unenforceable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. These laws protect consumers from terms that cause significant imbalance to their detriment. An automatic renewal without explicit, affirmative consent from the consumer falls under this category.Legal and Consumer Protection:The ************************ (FTC) guidelines require transparency in automatic renewal clauses and necessitate explicit consent from consumers. Reguss failure to adhere to these guidelines makes the clause unenforceable.Escalation Request Ignored:Despite multiple requests, Regus has not escalated my complaint to a higher authority who can adequately address my legal concerns.Desired Resolution:Immediate termination of my agreement with Regus.Voiding of the automatic renewal clause.Confirmation of the termination in writing to ensure no further obligations or charges.I seek the BBB's assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I believe my request is fair and in accordance with consumer protection laws.

      In would give it 0 stars if I could. There's no phone # to call anyone about any issue you have. On top of the lack of being able to actually contact someone at Corporate not the office location near you, my mail was being forwarded and for some unknown reason (according to Regus) the mail was sent back to Regus and NOT 1 single person called or emailed to let me know. This was going on for months, yet they were still taking payments each month. Unethical and unprofessional, and they lie about month to month, I've still yet to receive a "contract" that I agreed to a year contract. So glad to be done with them, please don't sign up for them, beware!

      After 17 years of me paying $300 per month for regus receiving 20 pieces of mail per month, the company made a policy that I should have 7 accounts instead of 1, due to my 7 dba's. When I protested, my account was terminated for violation of their speech policies. They defrauded me out of my $450 retainer and returned my mail two weeks before the end of my contract, accusing me of violating postal regs. When I advised them they had to forward my mail for 6 months due to postal regs, they said postal regs don't apply to me. Liars, thieves, no concern for customer. Caveat emptor.

      Zero stars!! Two years ago I went to see a space the young lady told me I can pay month to month no contract. Ive NEVER and I mean NEVER occupied this space. I just received a email about a payment. I asked for a contract. No respond back from the email just went straight to collection. Where is my contract I supposedly have? This company is very problematic. As Im reading the reviews I see this is what they normal do to customers. Bad **********************!!!

      On top of being not transparent about their fees, their team is highly unethical and incompetent. Please dont sign any type of contract with them even for mail service. They look cheap in their pricing but they dont provide the value and at the end are way more expensive than competing workshare solutions out there

      Refuses to refund the security deposit after four months, despite acknowledging that I am owed money. Frequently added items to our monthly invoice that we did not request. This has been one of my most frustrating customer service experiences in years.

      This company is a fraud. After my rent was up , it has been 75 days that I have been waiting for my retainer refund.Dont rent a office with them, youre gonna regret it trust me

      The first time I was deceived at ********** quarter spaces was in the sales process there are two coworking options one where you can use the one office and a global one where you can go to any location. I needed a desk and the sales lady told me that with the global membership you can use temporary desks (I wish I could attach an image where she texted me how to get to the desks on my first day). This was obviously not the case as after I paid and came in on the first day the staff was extremely confused to why I asked how to get in the desk room that I toured with temporary desks as those were peoples private desks. I showed them the texts and I had to upgrade to another plan to get my own desk instead as.A week later I get a random $100 dollar penalty fee for who knows what reason as my account is set on automatic payment and they said it would be refunded to me and instead they credited it to my account which doesnt make any sense.Come end of June I find out I need to go out of state and want to cancel my desk for August and so I call (before my 30-days) and the lady at the front desk said she would place the the cancellation and text me. I never got a text so next time I came in July 2nd, I went and asked if it went through and everything and the lady working the front desk completely brushed me off and says I have to use the app because theres nothing she can do. Which is very strange as **** has helped me fix all my previous issues and never sent me off with the excuse that he has no control.The worst thing that happened to spaces is **** getting transferred. But basically, at this point every time you contact them they play victim saying theres nothing they can do the app has all the control and open all these customer service tickets that lead nowhere. I cant even block my card as theyll take my security deposit and $100 false penalty fee the credited to my account. So if you wanna flush $500+ I recommend you sign up.

      This business keeps you in unfair contracts and will not let you out of them. I pay for a VIRTUAL OFFICE! Im not occupying space!!! I will file a complain everyday until Im let out of my automatic renewal that wasnt given in an adequate amount of time.
