I am writing today to warn others of a man named Mario **********. He may also go by Wayne **********. His full legal name is Wayne ***** **********. He is a black, 59 year old male. He is about 5'8 in height. He has a trail of failed businesses behind him that mostly deal with financial services and loans. One of them (no longer in business) is called FMG Financial Management Group.

This man claims to be an investment broker. Meaning, that he claims to be able to raise investment funds from groups of investors for different types of projects. In my case, he scammed me (and my business) out of $16,000. He was able to accomplish this by charging an exorbitant retainer fee for his services as well as fake "background vetting" services in order for "funds" to be transferred. Not one dollar was raised by him for the project that I was seeking funds for. Ultimately, communication with him became less frequent as he became impossible to reach. Demands for a refund have gone unnoticed and ignored.

I have found out that I'm not the only person who he has taken advantage of. Upon further research, I have learned that he has past court cases against him for wire fraud in the state of Texas. I have also learned that he has hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid child support. He also ran a scam that solicited young actresses for modeling and acting work on sites such as Model Mayem.

Mario mainly operates out of Texas but is also a frequent traveler to Atlanta and New York. At this point, all that I want to do is warn others of who this man is so they do not fall prey to his scams as I did.
