Extremely Disappointing Experience with Grand Homes Builders in ***** My family and I, currently residing in **********, were looking to relocate to ******, *****. While browsing online, the pictures and videos provided by Grand Homes Builders sales representatives depicted spacious rooms and a well-maintained house, leading us to believe it was a solid investment. We decided to drop the deposit online and proceeded with the approval process through their preferred lender, without seeing the property in person.When we finally visited the property built by Grand Homes Builders, we were extremely disappointed. The house did not match the photos at all. Key features, finishes, and even the overall condition were starkly different from what was advertised. It felt as if the images were heavily edited . This level of misrepresentation is unacceptable and misleading to potential buyers.Given that we are not local and had already processed the deposit, we requested a partial refund, understanding that the deposit might have caused them to hold off on other potential buyers. However, Grand Homes Builders refused our request for a refund and offered no reasonable communication or alternative solutions. We later spoke with several new homeowners in the community who shared similar concerns about the maintenance and overall condition of their homes. It is evident that Grand Homes Builders places commercial interests above fair customer service and transparency. Their unhelpful and dismissive approach to our grievances, coupled with their refusal to offer any form of refund, reflects poorly on their business ethics.I strongly advise potential buyers to approach Grand Homes Builders with caution. The discrepancy between their online representation and the actual properties is significant, and their lack of accountability is concerning. Save yourself the frustration and consider other builders who offer genuine quality, service, and integrity.
