      This company is not paying their employees.I have been waiting several weeks for my money They are also not taking care of the elderly people they are paid to take care of It's excuse after excuse and I am missing weeks of pay.

      I was a patient with another company and my care giver had worked for Elara foe 3 years before coming to the company that I was going to quit. This care givwr wouldn't go to the store for me, so I should have taken that as a warning of NOT going to Elara. Elara never fires anyone, so the care giver can be abusive and there is no consequence to their actions !! I soon found out that the manager at Elara didn't do her job, but expected the care givers to do HER JOB!!I had to call her 2 times, and both times, she was at home and her kids yelling and laughing in the back ground. I also heard a mans voice talking to her and she hung up on me, than callwd my care giver and lied on me, so my care giver quit me, and I had no one helping me!! Needless to say the managwr is a low life who only cares about lying to keep her job!! This manager is over Sedalia and Marshall M*. I pray that you do not use this company!!!

      Elara Hospice refused to give me information about my dying g mother. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and have never had an experience, where a ******* company refused to talk to family

      NEGATIVE stars. Absolute awful company with no moral center. 100% focused on profits - to them you are a customer, NOT a patient... and they don't care about their customers. They just hired **** ****, a man who worked in the VERY department of the state social services offices of Missouri that dealt with home health, to management in that state - makes you wonder how long they were paying him to toss customers to their garbage company before they actually hired him. They will hire anyone, they only pay minimum wage while many other such companies in all the same places pay at LEAST 15 per hour. And if you have ANY insurance issue they will immediately cut services with no warning to you, your caregiver, etc. Which means no payment, if you are a CDS worker. They are in violation constantly of the statutes regulated by the labor boards of the states they operate in, 17 in total - yet somehow they continue to stay in business. DO NOT work with this company, or hire them for ANYTHING.

      This is the worst! Never had supplies slow. Short staffed. Unprofessional. This company is a mess! Do not put the care of your loved ones w this hot mess.

      Elara Caring is not a good place. PT caused a new pelvic fracture on top of existing multiple pelvic fractures. So much pain/hospitlized. Never called after. Never came again although I would not want them to come out. Some staff was good/kind. guy that injured me was not. Find different place!

      Elara Caring ********, IN HOME hospice. My 90 year old father passed in our home under the hospice care of Elara ********. The Elara staff was caring, professional, prompt and made this time of suffering and pain for both my Dad and our family, better in every way. Near the end, they were coming out to our home day and night bringing whatever was necessary to make my father comfortable and help us deal with his passing. Our journey with hospice began with interviewing 3 separate companies and we feel we definitely made the right choice. It has been just about a year now since Dad passed and today we received a card marking his passing with a seed packet for FORGET ME NOTS. Thank you so much Elara. For those of you thinking about letting your loved ones do hospice at home, I can assure you that Elara will provide everything from bed, to medical aids, medication and emotional support. 5 STARS ****** B

      I had given them good reviews but after that they gave my mother Covid. Staff was very lax in wearing their masks
