"Hyatt House Addison"has Made Numerous Unauthorized Transactions from Our Debit Card as well as many Other Guest that would just check out and dispute them with Their Banks. We had occupied a 2 Br Suite there for almost 5 months and had No Issues with Our Payments until 07/25/2022 that's when Me and My Roommate was first charged w/o our knowledge or Approval a amount of 2,252.00. Also we was due back all taxes that we paid after 30 Days which was never Refunded nor Credited to Our Account. When asked about the refund we was told by The GM that He would fix the issue but never fixed anything. We noticed that he would show us the removed taxes but when I would get another 30 days receipts they would've been added and paid again for that Month. He told Us That they was held in a sep window and just vanished in thin air because when I asked was they holding them for us he replied NO.. How can a Company like Hyatt allow this kind of Deceitful Business Run Under Their Name? This is Money that We are owed and it's done to every Guest that has No Idea the Benefit exist. I can Almost Guarantee that Embezzlement is around The Corner. Im sure they have tried to clean all The mess up since I've left because The retaliation I was Subdue to has Defamation of Character also Workplace Retaliation has happened to a Employee that had a Short convo with Me and was Terminated the next Day. With My Help he has been Directed and have reported the Unfair treatment. They blame the Overnight Auditing that tries to withdraw amounts in the Thousands and I have the screenshots. They charge Double after you've already paid they'll fix The Folios to Be in There Favor but screenshots and original Receipts show the Conspiracy and Corruption. The Hyatt Corp has No Idea Who they have allowed to Purchase Tte Advertising License because They are running The Well Known Name in The Dirt. They aren't a actual Hyatt Hotel instead are owned and managed by ********************!
