      The customer service was horrible first of all. The owner was unprofessional and uncooperative for most of the stay. One thing I do not play with is hygiene and the well being of me and my family. I stayed one night and when we woke up the next day the woman I was with saw 2 bugs. I stepped on one and sure enough it was roaches. That is the most unsanitary, nastiest disgraces we ever had to experience. We had to shake all our clothes. Leave our bags outside of the house and clean/spray with *****. When I told the manager on duty they acted like it was nothing. Didnt send a team up, didnt shut the room down, didnt even call an exterminator. Who does that, Im a business owner myself I would never treat my customers this way. The own called and gave a refund, but to me that is not enough. I will be calling OSHA in the morning

      We want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously, and upon receiving your complaint, we took immediate action. We conducted a thorough investigation, and as of March 25th, a full refund has been processed to the card on file ending in ****** 9455. See attached folio and transaction receipt that we have issued the refund. Banks usually take 3 to 5 business for a credit card and  3 to 7 business days for a debit card.

      we reserved 2 rooms was given a price we went to get the rooms and was told there was also a $50.00 per room deposit total of $100.00 refundable all the traveling we do I have never been charged a deposit at this low ratted motel we said we were not informed about the deposit and were going elsewhere I was told to go some were else but my card on file would be charged for both rooms so I payed the deposit and now they will not return the !00 and corporates say the motel would get back to me in no more then 48 hours it has now been 4 days I want my deposit back plus 1 of the rooms refunded for my inconvenience

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/15) */ The deposit is normal process we have clearly stated on all booking engines and was refunded to the guest at check out. No refund are due at this time Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have enclosed a copy of my bank statement showing the changes have cleared my bank an also I can prove they never refunded the deposit
