******************************************* totally mishandled my mortgage and almost landed me in foreclosure. The rep working there was not processing my payments that were sent directly from the bank. She was rejecting the payments but not sending the money back to me or the bank. It was not until I received a foreclosure notice that I knew something was wrong. I had to have my bank initiate 6 different check traces to find out the money was received by ******************************************* but not applied to my mortgage account. Once all the funds were finally released back to my bank I had to have my mortgage revamped and all that money put on the back end due to this persons not being properly trained in her job. Then as soon as the dust settles and without them apologizing for what was done or the inconvenience or heartache n stress it cause they sold my mortgage to a different mortgage company and didn't not say a word. This is not the type of company anyone should be in business with. They are not here to protect their mortgage holders who are their clients. My credit took a hit and nothing was done to fix it especially since it was at the hands of their employees. I'm glad that chapter is closed with ******************************************* and pray my mortgage never lands on their hands again.
