      I purchased two GameTendo's online on 11/18/2023. The purchase stated 7-12 business days for shipping. I still have not received the items. I have emailed on multiple occasions and called the number provided on the website and have not received any updates.

      On Nov 27, 2023 purchased two gaming units for our kids to be opened on Christmas. Christmas day, we opened both presents, after installing the batteries, only 1 worked. Sent an email to the support team to help get a replacement or just get a refund. The next day, the 2nd unit stopped working the exact same way. Customer support stated because we didn't advise them 72 hours after receiving the items, there was nothing they could do. (Who opens Christmas presents a month before Christmas!?!?) I asked for a refund or replacement again, nothing so I reached out to amex (no help either). Nowhere in the email confirmation receipt did it state there was a 72 hour window for returns. They have a 30 day return policy but that was never offered in any of the communications from the merchant. They lied to amex and the claim was denied. They have their money, amex has their money and we have two units that DO NOT WORK. The address is fake, the phone number is fake, fb and ig pages are "not found"!

      GameTendo has a promotion buy 1 get 1 50% off. I bought 2 GameTendos; one works and one does not. I sent a complaint in two days after receipt. I did communicate back and forth, they asked for pictures and videos. Once they received, customer service said they would send me a replacement on Dec 2, 2023 and they said Operations would send me a tracking number. After a month of not hearing anything, I contacted **************** again for a tracking number and they said I missed the 30 day return window. I provided screenshots of the whole email thread and now they are not responding.

      Order placed 12/3 and received 12/20, opened on Christmas (12/25) and discovered two units that do not work. I contacted the company the first time on 12/25 and have gone back and forth with them 9 times since then. They continue to tell me I can return the items for a 20% fee even though their return policy is as follows: Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement.I have requested a full refund of my initial order $59.99. Their policy does not state they charge a return (restocking fee) for damaged product. In one of my more recent emails I stated I would take two working units but I would prefer my money back in full. I did contact them within the time frame requested and they have yet to respond in proper English other than to tell me they can charge me a restocking fee but no further instruction on how to proceed with that.

      I finally received a response with some resolution but its not actually happed yet. The company confirmed on Jan 28th that I would be getting a full refund for my defective products. I have yet to get the refund and have followed up several additional times to ask when the refund will be processed.

      I placed an order mid December 2023, paid expedited shipping and was promised a "lifetime warranty". I received no product or correspondance regarding the item. This company is a scam. I've sent three emails to no avail.

      I saw an ad for the gametendo on instagram. They were running a buy one get one deal so I purchased two. That was December 5, my order has not updated since and when I go to their website, theres nothing available. They also deleted their social media pages and arent answering my emails. I lost almost $100 to them.

      I ordered 2 game systems for Christmas. I was to receive a confirmation email and tracking number that was never received. My order was never received. I reached out to the company to inquire about the status of my order only to be told it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. I requested a replacement or reimbursement only to be told to check with my postal service.

      An Item was purchased from Gametendo vendor. Upon arrival it was clear the item was not as described. I did not use the product. I was aware of the return policy so i sent an email to the company for a return. For weeks they have been avoiding sending me a return address or instructions. I have attached the return policy and have read the terms of service on their website. I have over 10 emails and responses with no resolve. Now they are saying they will charge a 20% restocking fee. There is no such mention of a restocking fee in any of the return policy nor anywhere on there website. I am aware I am responsible for shipping cost. I want to return the product.Here is their response..." Hello,For a return and refund, we charge 20% restocking fee since we need to repackage the product. The 20% fee would be deducted from your original payment. We can also offer a partial refund of 40% and you can keep the product. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you! Best, Wella B.Customer Focus Manager"Our response.....*****, I read thoroughly your return policy before making this purchase. I was aware that I would need to pay return shipping if I needed to return the item, but your policy makes NO mention of a restocking fee and as such I will not be paying that amount. I am attaching the copy of your return policy to this email for your reference.Let me know if you how you would like to proceed. If you cannot assist me, I would like to speak with your supervisor. It feels as though you are intentionally dragging this out beyond the 30 day return window. Know that i have documented when the shipped item was received as well as have saved all contact attempts made to return the item, of which there are MANY. I expect this to be wrapped up before the 30 Day Return window has closed. I have been given the same response for the last 3 emails.

      I placed this order late February 2023. After about a month, I sent an email asking about the status of the order. I never received a response. I tried calling the number provided, but I got an answering machine for another business. I sent another email later asking for a refund, and still haven't heard anything from the company.
