Terrible customer service. The superior concierge service they promised is a joke. When we finally get someone on the line they redirect you to another number and tell you this isnt their job. One lady told me to only email since they are too busy to answer calls. They wont help book vacations, theyll send you to their site to do it yourself, the site is not easy to use and the pricing often costs more than Expedia. The one trip we booked with them due to a promotion took multiple emails and calls. The only reason they responded was because we threatened to cancel our membership. Finally ***************************** booked it for us but has failed to respond by email or phone to additional follow up requests or more bookings, she is supposed to be one of the owners, but her customer service is non existent. We ********************** multiple times a year and have yet to see the benefit of their services because no one is available to help. During their sales pitch they also told us they had signed a lease that day to open an office in our market. A year later and they do not have a local office. Dont fall for their lies, save your money and your time chasing after someone for help. Book with a reputable local agent or Expedia.Review from Sandy J

Attempted to call Clear Travel Services by Blue Vida to book a trip, no answer to phone calls and emails. We unfortunately spent $5000 in September 2023 on their membership for travel services. We had booked other vacations and recently attempted to connect and take advantage of the membership. However we hit a dead end. SILENCE. We were gifted back $1000 towards a vacation , a Royal Caribbean Cruise and two free flights. None of which we received. Unfortunately I think we were scammed.Review from Dara R

On December 27th we were on the phone over 6 hours at 3 different times with5 different people.The first time we were quoted ******* for our trip. We looked up the trip on Experian and the exact trip was ******* We called Clear travel back and was told $7084.00 with 50% down the balance paid 1 month later.Five minutes later we called back and the price went to **** and paid in full at the time of booking.We have NEVER had this much trouble booking a vacation!!We are considering calling our bank and having them look into this being a scam!!Review from Dee M

We also had the same experience as reviewed by ************ I mailed our request for the travel voucher (including a stamped/addressed envelope) to the ******* address on August 12th and still havent received it as of September 28th. I sent and email to them and they havent responded to that either. Thoroughly disappointed.

I am not impressed with Clear travel services LLC. I received mail stating the following: "Dear ...,You and your spouse or partner are cordially invited to attend or 2023 Travel and Excursion Showcase. This a fun and informative discussion showing cost-effective ways to enjoy future vacations. In exchange for attending you will receive (2) two complimentary round trip airline vouchers. These vouchers are for couples and for travel within the continental ************* departing from most major international airports. In addition, you will receive (2) two nights at one of over ***** Marriot, Hilton, or Hyatt hotels{Options to extend}. The retail value of this award is $1180.""Bonus: Call within 24 hours and receive a $100 dining voucher good at over ****** restaurants."In reality what they really give you is a piece of paper which you need to mail in with a self addressed stamp envelope to get additional terms and conditions sent to you about a month later. In these terms and conditions, it states that you have to request vacations 60 or more days out, followed by a second choice 45 days past the original 60 days. In the terms and conditions, these are far from free. You pay taxes on the hotel, which is expected, however, the date is unchangeable and whether you use the hotel or not, you still need to pay the "tax charge".Additionally, there is a $75 per person processing fee for the reservation. Each step of this process, you need to do by mail, then wait a month or more for a response. The company that Clear Travel choose to use for this service is rated at 1 star. If Clear Travel was a reputable company, they would not have chosen a company that is rated so poor to represent their company. The dining voucher card they offer is "dining advantage" by Entertainment and is very similar to what you find on Groupon, a free to use website. The card works as gift vouchers for locations to buy 1 get on 50% off or by one get one free. I WOULD NOT USE Clear Travel!Clear Travel Services LLC Response

All presentations by Clear Travel Services begin with an explanation of the gifts that are being offered, including the locations available, redemption system and associated fees. The terms and conditions are also clearly laid out on the gift form we give you to take with you at the end of the presentation. The gifting and redemption company we use has successfully fulfilled hundreds of these gifts without complaint.
If you wish, we will happily exchange the gifts you received for one of several others that we offer.

Clear Travel Services is an excellent company that saved our family over $8,000 with our very first booking. Our family has been going to our favorite golf resort in *********** for years. It regularly cost over $12k and they got ** the same exact condo we have always stayed in for just over $4k. Their concierge service was second to none and they worked with ** to plan and detail our next vacation cruise coming up in October.We look forward to many more years of personalized vacation experiences with Clear Travel And Blue Vida. The company presented a desk job. When started working it was clear that this was a sales job. Completed the work and did not receive the commission as promised. ********************** only worked a few days of the current work week, May 21, 2023. She was advised of payroll dates and her pay will be issued on the appropriate pay date of June 2. 2023. All employees are advised of commission positions.
