            I went to Dr. ****** on 8/16/2021 for eye evaluation. I was told Scleral lens would work for me. He knew I have severe arthritis. I was told they were around $2800. When they came in I could not use the small tools needed to insert and remove. Then I was told they would order regular soft contacts lens. I went back to try them with same issues. Both times removal of lens was an ordeal. Even the assistants had problems and hurt my eyes using different tools to get lens out. At that point Dr. ****** said $1300 lens for glasses would work. I felt pressured and after leaving called back asking for refund. On Oct 5th I got check for $1790. When I called Oct 6th I was told $1260 was for exam. I believe this violates the deceptive trade practice act. Definetly is unethical. It takes advantage of senior citizens. I was never told the exam was this expensive. I'm asking for an additional refund of $975.

            I was referred to ********************** Vision for my eyesight problems by another eye doctor after being told nothing else can be done. On the day of the exam , Dr ********************** fitted me with a contact lens giving great vision. I really was amazed after everything the other doctor tried. I did use BBB to look up Dr ********************** before coming. He is a great doctor, probably the best of the best eye doctors I have ever been to.
