On Nov 23, 2021, I paid $400 to a breeder for a golden doodle puppy to be shipped to me on Dec 6, 2021. The breeder contracted the puppy's shipment with US Pet Airway and paid $100 for the shipment to me in Missouri. US Pet Airway's contacted me about the shipment and delivery. On Dec 6, 2021, US Pet Airways requested $1455 for a crate. On Dec 7, 2021 requested $1670 for travel insurance. On Dec 9, 2021, US Pet Airways requested $1555 for shots. I paid all of these ridiculous fees, because they demanded them be paid or would not deliver puppy. They stated that all would be refunded upon delivery. The last request was for $7999 for a City Permit fee, which I have refused to pay. For one, I do not live in the city and there is no such thing in my state or town. As of Dec 26, 2021, the puppy still has not been delivered and US Pet Airways demands for payment. They have now shipped the puppy from Oklahoma to Oregon and has been turned over to a Pet Rescue / Central Oregon Animal Hospital. My complaints include: 1) Stealing of $4680 from me and another $6000 fees from breeder 4) Stealing puppy and turning over to pet rescue in Oregon 3) Shipping puppy from Texas to Oregon and not to Missouri where they were contracted to ship 4) Outrageous fees charged Please assist

This fake carrier company emailed me, texted me, and called me about a puppy I had purchased on an online website. The puppy never existed, perhaps the fake breeder is also the same person or people involved with this fake pet carrier company. After purchasing the puppy on October 22nd of 2021 for $620 usd dollars this company emailed me the following day saying I needed to either purchase or rent a crate for the puppy, then after that they kept emailing me more forms about further fees and requesting I pay otherwise I wouldn't receive the puppy. They told me these fees were refundable because the puppy was insured but u had to pay for the fees regardless, once these fees were paid they'd be added to my refunded money alongside my puppy. The puppy was traveling from Colorado to California, their website states they're head quarters are located in Texas. Nevertheless they requested at one point that I send a ********** order to Cameroon Africa, which I refused. I sent all of the money the kept requesting through******. They also wanted me to send money through *********, I have all of the emails, names, and numbers I sent to these people. The breeder claimed the registration for the puppy was with the delivery company and when I requested to receive a copy of this I was told to not tell them how to do their job, they denied sharing any updates on the puppy or send pictures because it was against the law. When they called me, the phone calls showed they were coming from mount Vernon Indiana. The men who called had strong Indian accents who were extremely aggressive and also attempted to coerce money from me otherwise I wouldn't be given the puppy and all of the fees I had paid would not be refunded. They stole $11,000 dollars from me and coerced me until the end. I have all records of emails, phone calls, text messages as well. I reported them and the breeder to the police on the 29th of October 2021, the report number is ******************************************
