      The customer service of the employees in Georgetown is unacceptable. Not one but 4 ****** work there. I should have cancelled my $91 dollar order and purchase a cake elsewhere. I will never send money at that location again. YOU spent $91, YOU dont have a receipt, YOU sure this is YOUR order. Who SOLD it to YOU. Never again. Me and my dollars will be spent elsewhere.

      Nothing Bundt cakes is definitely my go to treat shop its perfect for gifts and they always taste amazing! Plus all the workers are always so nice and helpful

      A.S.I initially ordered the Red Velvet Bundtlet via a food delivery service and it was delightful (first time). In fact I walked around the office and marketed the product to all of my office mates. After work I went to the *********. ****** in **** and bought 2 more Bundtlets.and ranted and raved to my best friend who went to the store and bought 3 the next day. At the end of her purchase she was presented the cake card and received "3 punches" for her purchase and was then instructed to sign up for future notifications including birthday info to receive a free bundtlet on a Excel spread sheet on the counter. Needless to say I am very disappointed that I was not presented the same courtesies. My friend was at your store because of me marketing your product. I gave your store a "1" star.

      Hi ***! Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We're very happy to hear that you enjoyed your cake but sorry that you did not receive the same service as your friend. Anyone who is 13 years old and has an email address *** go to our website, ********************************************* and join our e-Club. It will take you less than a minute to join. The punch card is a promotion that our bakery owners are free to use, but are not required to do so. The next time you are in the bakery, ask your Server for one and if they have them in stock, I'm sure they will be happy to offer you one. Or, you *** call the bakery and speak to the Manager and tell them about your experience.We appreciate your business and look forward to baking for you again soon.

      This review is for the ***********, ** location - I placed an order online and had a pick up time. I could not pick up at the time I selected. The store called me to ask me to come pick it up as soon as possible at 11AM. I asked when they close -they said 7 and the last pick up would be at 6PM. Then said I only have until 12PM to pick it up. I already paid for the order and not sure why I could not pick up it up later in the day. Frustrating experience and not customer friendly. Never had this experience in the past. Pick up times if they are so strict should include a disclosure to the customer when the order is placed and paid for at the time o ordering

Since the ***********, ** bakery is individually owned, we would recommend that you reach out to the bakery Manager so that they can address your concerns at the bakery level. Corporately, we are not aware of a reason that the bakery staff would insist that you pick it up by a certain time, except that during the holidays, they have so many pick-**** that they need the refrigeration space for the cakes with a later pick-up time. They also try to adhere to the schedule to avoid overwhelming crowds at any given time to prevent any of our Guests from a bad experience. We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to baking for you again soon.

      I will go to Nothing Bundt Cakes every week, and fill out surveys each time. When I fill it out it says will send coupon to email. Never get emails for my birthday or just a buy one get one free as said on receipt. I will not do no more surveys its a scam to make them look good!!

      Always purchased the 8inch Bundt cake for birthdays, but we wont be back. They have instituted a Shrinkflation policy, reducing the volume of cake by 50%, yet charging the same, if not a higher price. totally unacceptable business practice. If you think you can fool your customers..youre wrong. Spread the word.

      I have already communicated with **************** via our online ***** Services system. We have not changed the size of our cakes in any way. Not all of our flavors bake the same height and they can even be affected by temperature/humidity. However, if he feels his cake is extremely small, I advised him to reach out to his local bakery and speak to the Manager. The bakeries are individually owned, and they will be happy to hear his concerns and offer a resolution.Thank you!

      Ordered a dozen cakes, six pumpkin, 4 lemon & 2 chocolate chocolate. All were undercooked, very doughy but edible, bottoms were soft/soggy.

      I am a loyal customer to ********************** and spend a good bit of money using this bakery to treat my customers. I am very disappointed with the *********, ** location due to the fact that not only do they not offer punch cards but they refuse to punch the cards I do get from other locations. I have purchased over 22 dozen Bundt cakes with this location numerous of times and even if they cant redeem the card they should at least be able to punch it as a courtesy. I know each location is individually owned but the owner should reconsider this as a courtesy to their customers.

      Thank you for your feedback, ********. Like you said, all of the bakeries are individually owned and operated. As such, the owners have the ability to participate or not, in the punch card promotion. It is an incentive for their guests to return to their bakery. The participating bakery purchases the punch cards and they may start or stop offering the promotion, at any time. They are not supposed to punch a card that belongs to another bakery. We're very sorry that is a disappointment to you, We are working on a digital reward system that will be available at any bakery, but until we can launch that program, you will only be able to use the punch cards at the bakery that provided it for you.We appreciate your business and look forward to baking for you again soon.Take care!

      I have never been to nor will I ever purchase anything from Nothing Bundt Cakes. I keep receiving texts despite unsubscribing. I didnt even give them my number or email! I never even heard of them until I got spammed by them.
