BEWARE!!! *********************** will steal your money and stop contacting you after receiving funds. Huge scam!!! Very deceitful and unprofessional business practices. *********************** has an excuse for everything; furthermore, he will manipulate and take advantage of customers. This company is 100x worse than any timeshare you have found yourself in. Save your money because he will only ruin your finances. He does not honor refund policy if does not successfully get you out of timeshare.Business response

******** wanted to cancel her contract early because she claims that I wasnt doing enough to get her out of the timeshare. I went ahead and offered her a refund contingent on her providing me proof she still owned the timeshare. I sent a payment without her sending proof. She still hasn't sent me any recent documentation confirming she still owns the timeshare. She has sent me texts threatening to leave a post like this if I dont send her money. I have canceled numerous timeshares with the same company ******** owned with and I believe we fulfilled our contractual obligation to ******** unless she can prove otherwise.Initial Complaint

Willowbend resorts was going to purchase my condominium. I paid them to do that and they were to pay the maintenance on the condo. They have not put it in their name to fulfill their contract.Initial Complaint

On 11/2/23 we signed a contract with Willow Bend to sell (get out of) the unit we own through: ****************, Multi-destination/******. Our Membership # is SP002566. The account # is ********. We contracted for $2500 with *****************, as the representative for Willow Bend.Since that time we have received numerous demands for payment of "annual" fees and now, late fees. We also cancelled ********************** membership. To date we have called ************* on many occasions. Several times he said he was at the Bank. Another time he said he was in ******* visiting his children.***** is a "past master" at theft from the unsuspecting.I am not sure whether to pursue action thru Texas officials or otherwise do what I need to do to get a return of our money.Please help and advise me.Thanks,********************* ************ or *******************Initial Complaint

On 11/17/2022 I signed an agreement with Willow Bend Resort Solutions to transfer my 3 timeshares to a program called RCI Pure Points. *********************** assured me that I would no longer be the owner of the timeshares and he would get me out of their ownership and all maintenance/membership fees associated with them. He said it would take about 3 months. When I returned from vacation at the end of February, I had notices that my maintenance dues were late and there were additional charges to be paid. He has not gotten me out of my timeshare contracts. I contacted RCI, and they have no record of my registration in the points program. I tried to contact him several times over the past 2 months by email and telephone, leaving messages each time. He has not responded to me. I have contacted my credit card companies and put the charges into dispute. I am filing a complaint in the hopes that other people will not be fooled by this engaging young man. I want a refund or I want him to follow through on what he promised.Business response

I hired *********************** in July 2023 to transfer ** out of a timeshare, and paid him a fee of $3,000. We signed a contract on July 30, 2023. It has been nearly 6 months now and the transfer has never been completed. Per the signed contract, transfer was supposed to be completed within 90 days or we, the client, were entitled to a full refund. We have called, emailed, and texted ****** numerous times for over a month and cannot get a response. I spoke to ****** one time in December and he assured me that we were going to get our money back or a transfer would be completed in a week or two. According to the contract, Willow Bend was responsible for the 2024 maintenance fees for the timeshare, which were due in January. The $3,000 we paid in July was supposed to go towards the maintenance fees in order to ensure a quick turn around time for the transfer. However, since no transfer has occurred and we can not get ahold of ******, we had to pay the yearly maintenance fees. ****** is now avoiding us and we cannot get a response.Customer response

I entered into a contract with Willow **** solutions to exit me from my timeshares in September 2022. As of to date, I have not been removed from the timeshare as per the contract stating by 6 months. I have been in contact with *********************** all during this time. He has tried twice to complete the exit and failed. I requested that my money be returned and he asked for one more try and then he would return my money. I have paid him a total of $3,250. in bank transfers. Since then, he has not answered my phone calls or voice mails to him. I am disabled and living on a fixed income and need that money. If you can give me help, it would be appreciated. During this time, he has made many excuses and no results, Thank you, ***********************Business response

Client was unable to provide copy of his deed which is required to transfer the timeshare. I had to request a copy from the county. This set us back 3 weeks. Also, the first deed we mailed in to be recorded had a error on it. We revised it and sent back to the client to be recorded again. However, this time they failed to fill out the notary place correctly so it was rejected and sent back. He wrote the drivers license number where he was supposed to write his name.
I prepared another new deed for him and highlighted where he needs to sign for it to be accepted by the county. He is now stalling on submitting the deed saying that he thinks he might be able to get out of the timeshare without having to pay.
He hired ** to get out of 2 timeshares. The first one he is already out of and as soon as he signs the deed he has possession of, and mails it to the county to be recorded, he will be out of the second timeshare.
I spoke to the client this morning and we are on good terms and he says he will withdraw this complaint.Business response

Now know that the deed was the wrong deed. I pointed this out to ************* and told him that I was going to contact the resort and find out about the deed. He had told the deed he got was the only deed on file. Took me a couple weeks but the resort sent me the correct deed. I sent it to him but his attitude was short with me. Told he would call me back but have not heard from him. He has told me many excuses from the beginning like he was in the hospital for awhile and could not work. Another time tried to contact him for several days and no answer. Told me some friends were in from out of town. Apparently he only works when he feels like it. I told him many times there was a time limit on his contract to no avail. He was mad that I filed the complaint and asked me to remove it. I told him I would if he did the work I'm paying him for. He is stalling me to see if I will resume the payments but I have already paid more than half the money and want the over payment back so I can go elsewhere to fulfill my need with someone more knowledgeable than him. I don't pay for promises but results. No longer trust him to fulfill the contract he gave me. ***********************Business response

i TALKED TO THE CLIENT TODAY AND EVERYTHING HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT TO THE COUNTY BY THE CLIENT. WE ARE JUST WAITING FOR THE COUNTY TO SEND IT BACK TO US.
