            I purchased a dresser at *********************** they recommended Pick up ********************.I reached out booked same day delivery with a window of 6pm to 10 pm. At approximately 7:30 received a text that I might have to reschedule this delivery!Called the company and was told they could not guarantee delivery for the remaining window nor could they guarantee delivery for tomorrow. I was told only one delivery man! I asked for my refund to be processed and I was told it may take 10 days!This sounds like a total nightmare, please refund my payment as we work hard for money and your company is not clearly. I am very sceptical of this company. Refund my money ****** immediately.

            I scheduled a same day pick up with Big Lots and scheduled between 4 and 8 that day. Order did not arrive. Rescheduled for next day between 2 and 6, still nothing. Called on Monday morning and their excuse is that there is a shortage of drivers. I said that is not my problem, but yours. I paid for a service and expect that service to be completed. They rescheduled from 2-6 on that day Monday. Still no delivery. They continue to say no guarantee of when it will be delivered. Then why select a time frame? Do not offer a time frame if you do not have drivers to fulfill that commitment. At this point I am rescheduled for delivery from **** tomorrow. If no arrival, will be getting a U-Haul and doing it myself even though I have no help to lift the sofa. I would give less then 1 star if I could.
