On October 26, 2023 me and my family went to go eat at Burger King in ***** *****. It was about 915 when we got there at night we had ordered and waited for food for about 30 minutes then one of the employees came and asked us what we had ordered. We told her 15 minutes later she came with half the order I went to the front to ask why did the order take so long? Why didnt they bring it out? Altogether employees were being really rude so I asked for a refund they denied to give me the refund for my food the other half of the food that I didnt get they told us to leave and that we were banned that they were not redounding our money back they they would redound us later in our card but we didnt pay with the card we paid with **** , it turned into an argument. All the employees there were yelling and screaming. There was a man that said he was a manager. He pulled a sharp item in his hand and was pointing at me and my husband police got called out I mentioned to police to watch the video to see what had happened he was cussing at me calling me names I had a witness that saw everything in the restaurant that was the most embarrassing day in my life. Something needs to be done about that I feel threatened, and the manager banned me from the restaurant.
