Currently in process of disputing a charge for an item I won on silent auction back in October 2023 at a TTU Football game. SAME exact experience as the two reviews below, called me - charged my card almost immediately and then two phone calls with a lady at the organization and have never heard from then since. Now won't even answer my phone calls at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. I contacted the University as well.

I need to amend my previous review due to Signature Sports Marketing, LLC stepping up and doing the right thing. After I posted my review, a very professional and courteous woman named ***** from their organization called and left a voicemail this past Wednesday. I returned the call two days later, and ***** handled the situation exceptionally well. She didn't deny my concerns, shame me for my review, or respond negatively in any way. In fact, she had already ensured that my order was on its way, along with a gift to make up for the bad experience. Additionally, she emailed me the tracking information and confirmed that she had the correct email and mailing address.I called my contact at the University to let them know about this positive resolution and to rescind my earlier negative recommendation. While I still stand by my initial experience and the miscommunications that occurred, *****'s response was beyond phenomenal. She was collaborative, understanding, and went above and beyond to make things right. The personal handwritten note she included, expressing her apology and acknowledging my love and passion for *********************, was a heartfelt touch.In a world where customer service quality often declines, it's reassuring to know that there are people like ***** who ensure the right thing is done when mistakes are made. If she's not already in a high-ranking position at Signature Sports Marketing, she certainly should be. I believe that if ***** were in charge of shipping and communication, these negative reviews and comments would not exist.Thank you, *****. I wish you nothing but the best.
