Good day! My name is *******************************. Thank you for looking into my case. I have attached the mutually signed copy of the contract between myself and Ryze Automation and an onboarding to-do list Ryze Automation sent me three separate times. Ryze Automation did not uphold their end of our contract through this past year. I've also attached four screenshots detailing *****' stated plan for me to contact a supplier and become a wholesaler storefront, which they never carried out with me as agreed upon. For clarity, I attempted to include the significant lapses in dates between the screenshots. For your note-taking, the "peakpointholdings LLC" mentioned in 'FalseWholesaleDeal.jpg' does not exist, at least not as a supplier/distributor, as Ryze told me. They only exist as a direct competitor to Ryze Automation, providing similar services. To my mind, that indicates deliberate deception or outright false information. Ryze Automation owes me a refund of ********************** the contract. I have not recouped my investment, and they have not offered to buy me out or offered a refund. However, I cannot get in contact with them anymore, as they do not respond to messages or phone calls. Thank you for your help and time.Initial Complaint

I was scammed. initial payment of ***** to start Amazon store using online arbitrage method. 12 month guarantee or money given back. I paid for products that were then sold but in 9 months, only made $500-$800. In aug they stopped all communication and responses.Initial Complaint

10/04/2022 date we entered into contract.I paid for Amazon automation services with Ryze Automation( *****************) on a 70/30profit split basis and they have not even put one product or even opened an account on amazon for me.Our contact said if they fail to make sales or provide profit of atleast $14000 the amount invested they will give a full refund after a year which would be 10/04/2023 i have tried multiple times to get in touch with them they have stopped responding totally.Seems that i have been scammed and i will be filing a case if i dont get a refund according to the contract. I have copies of all correspondence with them.They have failed to provide anything at all for the $14000 they took from me,I told them when i signed up the reason i did sign up with them is that im a cancer patient and i was looking for help to get another stream of income and sadly they took advantage of me .I need an full refund since according to the contract im due a full refund on the anniversary of the contract if they couldnt deliver their service of running an amazon automation account for me.Initial Complaint

Last August I was in search of online investment. RYZE AUTOMATION popped up. Speaking to ***** persuading me to invest $5,000 in Amazon automation investment with $500.00 charged for Amazon Licenses to sell on Amazon..$5,500.00 investment..Zero profit nor refund..I want deserve my hard earned retirement money refunded..Initial Complaint

The company Ryze Automation contacted me after I was looking to earn passive income with an automated Amazon store. They agreed to build the store, list products, research, and handle all customer inquiries and issues, per our contract. I paid them $2500 on 7/15/2022 and we agreed on a 50/50 profit share based on products sold. However, within the first month the company Ryze (operating under **************** LLC) got my store closed down because they didn't follow the Amazon rules and regulations that forbids dropshipping products from other retailers.Additionally, I have tried to contact them many times on a daily basis to get an update on the progress of the store and whether they are actively working to get another one open. However, they have not responded and have instead decided to ghost me. They have taken my initial investment and the contract stipulates that if the initial investment is not recouped within 12 months (7/15/2023) that I will receive a refund. Unfortunately, their lack of communication and continuous lies and excuses give me no confidence that my money will be returned. I have our contract, transaction history, and correspondence through e-mail and telegram. ***************** is the operator of **************** LLC based in *****, *****. I believe that this "company" is running an elaborate scam that makes investors think they are an actual legitimate company. However, it is clear that through my communication with other clients of this company, that many of them are also having their money taken from them. At this point, they are not trustworthy and have no reliable way to contact them. ***************** of ***** *****, *****************, *****************, and *****************************, have all been complicit in trying to scam me out of my hard earned money. RYze automation scammed me out of $5722 in 2022. I have been trying to reach out to them and they are dragging the process on with giving me my money. They lied to me and will not return my money. They claimed to do Amazon Automation but then got my Amazon store shut down once. Once I realized that I was scammed, I reached out to my bank. They were not able to assist me.Customer response

Please add that the purchase price was $5000. The additional is what they charged me for payment.
