              On May 8th I contacted United member plans to cancel my membership. The gentleman I spoke to took my information to cancel my membership. Payments are automatically deducted from my checking account. When my automatic payment went through on the 14th of May I assumed I was too late to cancel that automated payment. Today I checked my account and see a transaction dated June 17th charging me another month of membership. I know this company has a history of being fraudulent. All I ask is that they truly cancel my membership.

              I wish I could give zero stars! The lady I talked to was so rude. I'm in a consolidation and I thought it was part of it for my credit cards but it's not. It's a freaking joke! I never signed up nor did I give authorization for this business United Member Plan to charge my account for 48 months of 17.95! When I called 5/12/22 today at 11:40am. I asked her if I could get a refund because all those 48 months, I never used the service or knew what it was! I don't need additional insurance!!!!!!!!!
