I contracted with ***** ******* (owner of Bobcat Custom Outdoors) to complete an outdoor living structure. It was finished in July 2021. On March 2, 2022, I tried contacting him about ongoing electrical issues I was experiencing. I noticed that the structure's ceiling fan and tv kept coming on after being turned off and one of my breakers in the garage, to this day, keeps tripping. His electrician put up the tv and ceiling fan, along with a new breaker in my panel box. He never returned my message. I contacted him again on April 2, 2022. This time he answered, stating he'd have his electrician stop by to rule out anything they did. Today is June 7, 2022, over two months later and I still have not heard back from him. I explained to him on the call that service after the sell is equally as important as the sell itself. All I'm asking of him is to honor his contract. If his company is not at fault, let's rule that out. If he doesn't and I have to have another company come out, and they find that the work his team did is at fault, he should be accountable for the repair. During the April 2nd text, he enlisted his OPINION that the problem stems from a power surge. Well if it is, COME OUT TO THE HOUSE and CONDUCT A DIAGNOSTIC. I'm not seeking a remote opinion.
