            I entered into a contract with this builder in April 2023. My project plan and pre build meeting included a ***** pitch of 6/12 but builder built at 5.5/12. I was also ensure this would be corrected but still to this date it is not and i have a roof leak. since the build which they have given up on trying to correct. They also did not have my ***** overhang at 2 feet as discussed and guaranteed. ******** was ruined by their roofing team and they have refused to correct.

            I have never written a negative review before but I feel compelled to for this company. We hired them to expand our patio for us. The stone from our fire pit immediately began to run off and cause massive staining on our stamped concrete. When I first brought it to Daniel Miller's attention he said the dust from the stone should go away after a couple of weeks. Well months later, after countless attempts to scrub and clean, the concrete is still stained. We asked Daniel what we can do to fix it and his exact response was "Its a natural stone and sometimes they do that. Nothing can be done about it." When we told him that it was unacceptable to have it look like this and it should be restained if the stains cannot be removed, he told us that it was our fault for choosing these colors and therefore he will no longer respond to our concerns. A LOT of money was spent on this patio, we expected better than this

            ****** - We tried at great lengths to discourage you from choosing the red color stamp with the white stone. We made an uncountable number of changes throughout your project to try and make you happy, and we tried at great length to give you options that would work better. However, you insisted on that color combination. We bent over backwards and continuously made changes outside of the agreed contract to make you happy, but in the end after great effort on our part, you chose those colors despite our suggestions and warnings. Unfortunately, this is correct, nothing can be done about it and that is why we strongly discouraged it.
