This business reached out to me in order to purchase my house or take over payments back in October 12th 2023. The process was to be completed asap before November as they decided to take over payments only instead of out right purchasing the house from me. Since the contract was singed they have requested all my loan information for the house which is from my bank which also includes loan information for windows/doors, and solar loan from other comoanies as well. They are supposed to take over before November *** now have been stalling having me continue to pay for the loans they said they would take over lowering the amiunts owed, stopped responding, when they did respond they gave me a excuse as to why they havent taken over yet which has nothing to do with me but what thwu want to do to the house, and then continue to ask me to allow them access to the house. They wanted me to provide them a key to my house which I denied as they have not done or upheld their portion of the contract and we have been working with a reality lawyer to process the deal which they haven't been responding to up until recently. They again are asking me to leave a key for them and continue to go to the house to provide them access even though they have not taken over payment or provided the information requested from the reality lawyer. I feel like they are scamming me and trying to do something to take my information or something as they continue to not know what's going on and the reality lawyers they using has no clue what kind of transaction this is and asked me for money to pay fees that the company should be paying not me. I don't know what their plan is and it is has been going on now since Oct lowering the agreed upon amount they would take over putting me in a financial bind thinking they were going to take over in order for me to be relieved of this financial burden back in October but continue to lie and prolong the process with intent to lower their agreed amount to take on

We are waiting on the title company and solar panel company at this point. We understand the frustration, and we have been in communication with all parties about why this has not been able to close on time and following up with the title company in regards to when this can be closed. You are cc'd on almost every e-mail and we have been updating you multiple times every week about where we are at and what is going on. Regardless, we understand that you are not happy with the answers and results thus far, which we understand. We are not happy that this has taken so long either. But the items delaying this right now, are out of our control. The title company is in possession of the documents they need. They are having their attornies draft documents and also coordinate with the solar panel company. When we realized it would not be able to close by November, we offered to let you out of the contract altogether and allow you to explore other options, but you declined and expressed at the time that you wanted us to continue to move forward and just get this closed. The title company states that they are still working with the solar panel company to approve the take over of the solar panel debt as of 12/5/2023. That is 100% out of our control. If the companies have not approved it yet, there is no way for us to close and take over on that debt. We have offered to let you out of the agreement numerous times because we understand the frustration of not being able to get this done on the timeline we both originally wanted, but unfortunately our hands are tied on what we can do at this point. We are 100% ready to close as soon as we get the go ahead from the solar panel company & title company, both of which are out of our control.

In response to you stating that you are being asked to pay fees- you are misunderstanding the emails that you attached. The title company specified in that email, that is something the buyer side is paying, not you. And the other fee was waived altogether. No one is asking you for any money. I included an e-mail verifying this so that you can assured no fees are required on your end.

In regards to access- we came by the property twice, which we were very upfront that we would need to come by the property 2-3 times before closing to do our walk throughs and inspections. Our transaction coordinator only suggested leaving a key because she said that you were going to be out of town. We were never made aware that you were not comfortable with us coming by the property, if that is the case then please let us know. We cannot come to a resolution if we are never made aware that you are not comfortable with allowing inspections and walk throughs. We are happy to make other accomodations if it is an inconvience to allow access to the property.

In regards to resolutions- we appear to be very close to closing. We even provided an update yesterday from the title company and the transaction coordinator with the last information they were needing for the last of their doc prep and hopefully getting an answer back soon from the solar panel company.
