I purchased two Maxon One (annual subscription) licenses from JourneyEd on August 25th, 2022, with Order #*******. Each license was supposed to be valid for one year, but I could access ZBrush for only one year.I contacted JourneyEd multiple times for assistance, but they claimed to have requested support from ***** and never provided a resolution. When I contacted ***** directly, they promptly confirmed that both licenses had already expired.JourneyEd has retained my $199.00 for the second license and continues to assert that ***** has not responded to their inquiries, which contradicts my experience. I have requested a refund but received neither the refund nor a valid license.I kindly request the ********************** to investigate this matter and ensure that JourneyEd resolves this issue promptly. I seek a $199.00 refund and clarification of the licensing discrepancies.Customer response

As of October 27, 2023, I have not received the product or a refund of $199, despite requesting a partial refund. It's disappointing that the business doesn't value honest customers.Business response
