Hello there, I set an appointment for a test early 01/11/2022 of $299.00. On my arrival at the center, I was told to print the forms so I drove to a few places to print them out but I couldn't. So I contact them to let them know what has happened and I'll like to cancel it for a refund. But I was told to wait for 60days. The 60days have come and gone but they refused to refund my money. I have called their number left a voicemail but have yet to receive any calls from them.Business response

Payed 199 dollars for blood work. On 12/26 The web says results in 3 to 4 days I have left 3 messages on their answering machine. I have contacted the thru online chat. They say they will get back to me in 24 hours. I have tried this twice. Their online site shows no results.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/24) */ Dear Sir/Mam we are having partnershipt with quest, in order to get the lab result person has to place laborder from our portal at stdlabs.com by making respective payment online, then person has to visit quest dignostics lab center to draw blood and then with in 3 to 4 working days patient gets the result in patient portal. As per our records and discussion with Quest center ***** ****** has not yet visited the lab so because of that result is not getting reflected in the account yet. In this case we need confirmation from patient wether patient want refund or patient will be visiting the lab center to draw blood to get the result online. Please let us know what to do, we are okay with both the options.
