            We hired Abundance to do several thousand dollars worth of work (new irrigation system and resod entire yard) on our yard less than a year ago. When it was done, it really did look great. However, shortly after it was complete, all the grass died from a fungus and our yard slowly started to flood from poor drainage due to improper leveling by Abundance and dead grass. They said they warranty their work for a year so I reached out and they agreed they would get me on the schedule to fix it. It has now been a month of then pushing me off and making me promises that they would get me on the schedule to no avail. I was incredibly patient and understanding, and still nothing. We spent thousands with them and will now have to get it fixed again by a different company because they will not come out and honor their warranty.

            I had to take Abundance to Court in Collin County Precinct 1 recently because they refused to return my $6000, the fifty percent deposit required for them to begin work. I won the court case, but they still refused to return my deposit and pay the court cost. We agreed to their quote because it was less than the other companies. This has been a ****** in getting what you pay for, or in this case, not getting 90% of what you paid for and the 10% that was completed had to be totally replaced. I have included a portion of the many text messages sent to Abundance in an attempt to give them a chance to deliver on their commitment before I was forced to use legal remedies. Good luck if you decide to use this company.o Because you have not responded to our numerous attempts to contact you via telephone calls and text messages, I have assumed you terminated our agreement. Due to your suspended communication, non-performance of project deliverables, cut utility and sprinkler lines, we are requesting a full refund of our deposit.
