On 6/16/22 I emailed to find out how to get a shipping label to send an air bag module in for repair because their telephone lines werent working properly when I called. This wasn't the 1st time I had used this business. The turn around time was less than 2 weeks. I was emailed back the same day from Chris M***** with Airbag Systems with the address I needed to send the module too to be fixed. On 6/28/22 I had still never received an invoice for payment or been contacted at all so I emailed again and ask about the module. I was emailed back again by Chris M***** saying he would locate the module and send me the payment info so I could pay for the module and get it sent back. Today is July 13, 2022 and it has been another 2 weeks and likes 3 days from being a month. I have emailed twice more with no response and I have called the number listed on the website for them and the phones are shut down and just say your party is unavailable and disconnects. I even managed to find a local phone number for the business and I called and left a voice mail on that number that specifically stated you had reached Chris to leave a message at the beep and that was 3 days ago still with no response. This is the only piece I need back to have my vehicle fixed. I am now out the money I paid to ship it USPS Priority with tracking showing it was delivered to them which was like 10 to 12 dollars and the module seems to be lost as well so if it isn't fixed and returned to me like it is supposed to be then I am going to have to go buy a whole new module as well. The customer service they have shown on this particular transaction has been completely and utterly horrendous!
