AAA Quality Termite & Pest Control did service my area and when I made the payment, I asked the company not to save my credit card info as I had been a victim of ID theft multiple times in the past. The customer service did not give me any definitive answer and said that she would let me know later. She called me afterwards saying that it would not be possible to remove the credit card info as it's very painful thing to do in her system and that her merchant would still have my card info saved. When I asked what happens if someone cancels their service, I was told that the card info still remains in the system which I find very concerning. So without agreeing to remove my card info she wanted to cancel my service and ended up hanging up on me. Called them twice but no luck. Really frustrated with the way the situation was handled.
