On 2/10/2022, I paid the Social Nerds $1125. The contracted deliverables included several types of content: 3 reels per month, 4 graphic posts, 5 carousels, and 4 stories over a term of 3 months.The overall nature of the dispute is that as of 6/20/2022, they have proven unable to deliver on the contracted work, and I have requested a refund per our contract. They said they would issue a refund but have not done so. Detail: Unsafe access to accounts - On 2/18 they asked for not only my business login to Instagram through Meta, but also the primary username and password. They abused this privilege by posting without my consent and I have needed to change my login credentials to protect my business interests.Regular meetings not honored - On 2/17 and 3/22 I have documented requests for regular meetings, and asked at other times as well. This was not honored.Disclosing other clients private information - They posted another clients private information on my private Basecamp instance not once, but twice. I began to get concerned about the privacy of my own information.Wont issue refund - On 4/7 I asked for my money. On 4/13 they wrote While we deeply regret your unhappiness with our services, we can still work together to create a content strategy that meets your expectations. If you still need more than the steps we have taken...we will issue a refund. I responded that I wanted a refund. Nothing happened, so I requested a refund again on 5/16 and 5/23. They asked for a phone call, I provided times. They scheduled for a time I said I was not available. On 6/1 I again asked for a refund. On 6/6, they said, a member of our ****************** Team will be in touch with you this week to discuss and finalize the refund. On 6/12 I had received nothing and asked again. On 6/20 they called. I asked how I could get refunded. He refused, and insisted that I let them back into my account to finish the work. I do not trust them to do this, and declined.
