      Zero stars if that was an option. **************** is atrocious. After receiving an incomplete order that they was complete according to them. (missing accessories) they gave me the great option of sending the order back for a refund which has items that are not returnable according to there policy. Which I haven't even removed from the packaging. And any item that isn't complete will not receive a refund. Sounds like a great option! Send the stuff back so we can not give you a refund. What a joke this company is. I see from other reviews on here this company can not be trusted. fool me once shame on you. Goalie Monkey will not be fooling me twice.

      Sent an item (catchers helmet) with known damage (sticker stating damage on item). An attempt was made to cover the damage which led to the helmet being covered in gobs of wax. Rude and very aggressive customer service, only offered 15% off on damaged item after a detailed description with numerous pictures. **************** gave an ultimatum to either buy a new one or take 15% off. I asked for more of a discount and was told it was already on sale. I said the sale is beside the point, the product was on sale but should have still been free of defects. He told me to buy a new one then.

      This is a terrible company that doesn't accept responsibility for defective products. They will go to any cost to not accept returns (even unused), for the sole purpose of keeping their customer's money. There are many other competitors out there (pure hockey being one of them) that are much better than thaws clowns. They stole $81 dollars by not accepting a returned item that was clearly defective after 1 use. Don't waste your time with these clowns. If I could choose less than one star, I certainly would.

      Hi *****, we appreciate your ongoing business. We understand that you are upset that we cannot take the equipment bag back after your skate blades cut holes in it. Our return policy states, Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. The equipment bag was returned with one hole cut through and one nearly cut through. Any fabric, including the 600D Polyester construction that the bag is comprised of, will show damage when exposed to any type of blade. Unfortunately, CCMs warranty could not cover this because their policy states, CCM equipment bags are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without altercations.We do apologize if somehow that was not conveyed sufficiently in our email exchange. Regarding our Terms and Conditions, you will find that most, if not all, hockey stores (including the one mentioned) have the same Return Policy: New and unused condition.We sincerely thank you again for your business. Although we cannot accept blame for neglecting to use your blade guards, we genuinely do value you as our customer. Our customer service manager would like to extend to you a 15% discount for your next order. You should be receiving an email regarding it from the customer service agent you spoke with.

      Recently took our grandson to Monkey Sports in ***** **. We were greeted by ******************* . He spent quite a bit of time making sure that our grandson was comfortable and was using the stick that was right for him. His customer service was incredible. I made sure that I stopped by to let the manager know that we had such a great experience with his employee . We have four grandchildren that all play hockey the *** league. We have done business with another local hockey shop and have not had this kind of service. We will , in the future only be using Monkey sports. Again ****** was a big part of our experience and hope to work with him again in the future!

      Similar to others, I placed an order and never received a confirmation email. I called them after a week of no contact to inquire where my order was (they had no issue charging my credit card the day the order was placed and taking their money and not sending me my product) and I was told they "had to verify my address." That is why they never shipped my item. It should be noted that they did not call, nor email in that week to "verify my address" so that's a problem.

      A little back story, I placed an order a week earlier (no issues) and the shoes were too big. They cannot exchange them so I was told to return them and place an order for the smaller shoes. So order #1, no issue. Order #2 to the same address, they have to verify. (??)

      I emailed a Kristi B****** (who I initially spoke with) not one, two, three, four, five, six but we are up to SEVEN times to ask for a manager -and she has refused to respond. She just ignores and ignores emails.

      I cannot fathom that level of willful negligence so buyers beware, this is who you are dealing with. If they can ignore 7 emails asking to speak with a manager - you can bet you will receive this same gold star treatment!

      I would not suggest doing business with this company.

      We apologize for the inconvenience that the customer had to face.

      The above stated customer placed an order with us on 08/02/2022 for a pair of Nike Lacrosse cleats. On the order she used a different name, ******* ********* and email address, *************@yahoo.com than used on this message. That easily explains why she did not directly receive any order-related emails.

      We saw that a prior order she placed just a week earlier had returned, so, we looked up the shipping address and found that there are six units or apartments to that building. Her order was missing an apartment number.

      We attempted several times to reach her via phone however the phone number on the order did not work so we emailed her at the email address provided on the order. She emailed us back from yet a different email address, ******@yhbia.com, asking why we emailed her at the first email address. I'm sure she can understand our confusion at that moment.

      Going back and forth via email because the various phone numbers given did not work, she requested a manager call. Our Customer Service manager attempted to call her at a few of the phone numbers which were given us. He was able to leave a voice mail on one of them. A Customer Service agent attempted to follow up on the call and Ms. ***** berated him for calling her during business hours.

      Again, we apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused and thank you for your business. We hope to surpass your expectations in the future.

      Regrettably, this is entirely incorrect. The initial order was placed for my daughter, *******. This arrived to our address without incident.

      The second replacement order I placed in my name. To the same address. Again, no email confirmation was received at either my daughter or my email address, so the rationale provided above is incorrect.

      This order was to be sent to the exact same mailing address. No apartment number is needed. Yet, this time they claim it was missing an apartment number (? Odd since it didn't need one for the first order ) and they tried to call me on the phone (never happened and I have phone records to prove this) and then they tried to email me (also never happened which I can prove as well),

      So that is a complete lie on their part. I did receive a call back from a manager - but only after I wasted more of my time calling them to find out why ****** ignored 7 emails. I left him a message and to date, he has never called me back. I still have not seen a response explaining ********* negligence. Is that forthcoming?

      So, while this response was amusing, it failed to contain any facts, which should be alarming.

      I simply regret doing business with this company. I have asked them now three times to explain their employees willful negligence in responding to my inquiry and does anyone see that response here?

      So, they are just providing a canned, generic response that did not answer any of my questions.

      There was no "miscommunication" on my side, there was a lapse of ethical behavior on their side whereby they charged me for a product, and never shipped it. Further ignoring SEVEN follow up requests to find out why and then lying about what happened here is not a "miscommunication."

      Just to confirm, they did NOT have a manager call me back when I initially called in and requested it. I waited three days before emailing ****** (who BTW you will notice they have yet to explain her ignoring SEVEN follow up attempts to have a manager call me) reiterating my previous request for a manager to call me back as I had requested days prior.

      I then called in again, asked for a manager, was told one was not available and they would call me.

      YES, they did call me and left me a message while I was at work. I returned the call after work and to this day that call remains unanswered.

      So nice reconstruction of the facts (aka: lies) so beware doing business with this company.

      I ordered online and didn't get an order confirmation. After 7 days of multiple calls i was told that they needed to verify my order. Felicity ******* from the billing department got all my address and credit card details and after me asking why is this necessary she hung up. I hope they return my money. I can't get a hold of anyone there.
