Horrible!!! Rodents and Roaches. My inverter went out, still not fixed. Management told me to buy a space heater. They refused to fix anything unless Community Development Housing HUD, Coming Home makes them fix it. I complained and got a notice of non renewal and I have lived here since 7/2019. They discriminate against people with disabilities, they refuse to put in all necessary accommodations . Plumbing issues that don’t fixed. Upstairs' has leaked in the bathroom for 2 years. They cut out patch ceilings. Mold in bathroom. Gap so wide I can stick my finger in it, front door has to be locked or it won’t stay closed. Unlevel floors, laminate is coming up, soft places in floors. Trenches in parking lot not paved, it’s mud when it rains. No lights in lot. Two junk cars with flats that homeless are sleeping in at night. Hooker next door was raided by DEA. I watched them breakdown the door. 707 B They don’t salt or remove snow. No handrails on outside steps going up to stairs. Grass and weeds get so high you have to notice City to make them mow. Not a safe environment for children. Was descent, being rehabilitated until Amarillo Property Management took over, now it’s horrible. They evict you for complaining wanting a safe HUD compliant standard. I was screamed at by Eric for being disabled needing service dog, handicapped space, and safety rails. He screamed he wasn’t going to renew my lease because I have Service Dog letters in front of other tenants and witnesses. I was attacked by two Pitts in January 2024 waiting for my child to get off school bus. Upstairs neighbor was attacked in February 2024 and they were given a notice to vacate as well. ******** ******** ********** is over Mirror Plaza.
