    It started in July of 2022 our 2004 diesel truck was taken to Top Gun Auto Service and Repair Bad service, Lengthy Time 4 months and charged over $4100.00 we had to spend an extra $10,000.00 to repair what they broke, ruined or what was ruined because they didn't fix it proper. There was also several people working on the truck not won of them knew what the other was doing. After Bill F. owner admitted that they didn't do quality work and that he would reimburse us for what we paid him. Bill and his insurance is claiming that we had not taken the truck back to be re-fixed, (that's because we live in Washington state), and they said there was over 1000 miles on it and after market stuff on it. We got a lot of I'm sorry and I understand, yes Sirs but no reasonable actions to fix the financial situation. I had to have sister travel 500 miles to get the truck because I had to go home to Washington to run my business. buy the time I was able to get back to Texas it was late November. I had to fly to Dallas and have my sister come get me at the airport, and buy tools and things I needed for the drive of 2737 miles just in case it broke down, which it did several times. when I got home I took it to a reliable Diesel repair shop and then after they fixed everything that Top Gun didn't or they broke or the results of Top Guns work it cost over $10,000.00 to get it back in top running condition. Bill F. said the 3rd time we contacted him that he will reimburse us for what we paid him but so far nothing. Even today in April of 2024 he will not honor his own words because the miles.

    We did a repair in July of 2022 which included work on Turbo and fuel injectors. Mr J. called after arriving back at In Spokane Wa express his concern over issued he had with truck on the way back. At which time I ask him to get it inspected and call me. Some time went by then Mr. J. called again and said he was taking in to ********* *********** for repair. I ask him or the shop to advise me on repairs needed to correct what we may have done undone or improper repair, at that he mentioned that some turbo hoses was damaged due to bolts being left loose. I told Mr. J. that I would need to be called so we could discuss the repair needed. Also informed Mr, J. that I would file a garage liability claim for damage caused by my employee. Never heard another word until his truck had been repaired with a bill of $10,000+. I immediately filed the garage liability claim. The only problem the repair had already been done and no way to inspect. My insurance company had ASE master certified automotive and heavy truck technician to review the supplied repair invoices, picture and offered the following opinion: The truck had 175040 miles at the time of repair with engine running rough, loss of power, and was blowing black smoke. The engine has a #7 fuel injector, FICM module, turbo charger rebuilt and necessary gaskets for a total of $4,411.90 invoice August 29 2022. The subsequent repair invoice from ******** *********** In Spokane Valley, WA. has no start date but was completed on 12/22/2023 with a mileage of 191411. This repair was completed over a year and 16K in-service miles after the initial repair performed by Topgun Auto Service and Repair. According to the supplied repair invoice, the cylinder heads were removed, resurfaced and reinstalled. The oil pressure sensor, radiator, glow plugs, 2 fuel injectors and related gaskets were replaced. Based on the supplied documentation there was no objective findings indicating Topgun Auto Service and Repair caused or contributed to the engine problems with the subject vehicle. The truck traveled over 16K miles from the time of the repairs performed by ********* *********** including the replacement of a failed radiator. When the radiator fails with this engine, it commonly results in overheating causing damage to gaskets and cylinders heads. The repair order documented ********* *********** replaced the radiator and resurfaced cylinder heads due to warp-age. This repair had no causal connection to the original repairs performed by Topgun Auto Service and Repair. There is no documentation on ********* ************ repair order indicating the repairs performed by Topgun Auto Service and Repair were related to the needed radiator and cylinder head repairs.
