They have texted me repeatedly after I've told them to stop. If I block a number that they are contacting me with they simply start messaging me from a different number. I then ask them to stop contacting me and again I will receive further messages from them.Business response

Thank you for your correspondence, as we strive to provide the best customer service in the automotive field. I understand you are frustrated with the sold follow up from our dealership, and I assure you have been removed from our contact list based on your replies to Dawn and Tim. I have attached the text conversations that you, Tim and Dawn had on Friday 2/9/24 for you and the BBB to review both responses from you and us. We pride ourselves in great customer service, and part of that customer service is to make sure you are still pleased with your purchase from us, requiring follow from a member of our team. All communication from us have the option for you to opt out, whether it be email (click unsubscribe) or text (you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.) Again, thank you for your response, and this matter has been addressed, and you will not receive any further communication from our dealership.

On March 9, 2023 I went to Street Volkswagen to cancel my warranty that was extended on my car. They canceled the warranty. They start charging my account for the warranty but they have failed to return my refund. I have called multiple times to Joelle to know return of my money or solution they say they will call you back the next day they do not they say they’re there to help they are not. He told me pretty much he didn’t know what he could do to help Me.
