I had upper dentures made at Aspen Dental in Amarillo Texas. After 1 month a tooth feel out and I took it in and they repaired it. 2 months later the tooth feel or again. I took the dentures in again and they fixed it and said it would never come out again. A year or so later it came out again and they were going to charge me $168.00 to repair it. I am on a fixed income and can’t and shouldn’t have to pay that amount. Now, between 6 months and 1 year later 3 more teeth have came out of the denture. I have 3 of the 4 teeth they came out and swallowed one of them. I called and they said they didn’t even have me on record. I called customer service and they said they were to tell everyone to take it back to the place that did the dentures. Why do that when they refused to repair their terrible product. I pray for some type of relief of pain and sufferingBusiness response

I have attached a photo of the cancelled check that I paid for services of Aspen Dental in Amarillo Texas. The account number the lady gave me is ********. My name is ***** **** *******, and I would think you can call Aspen Dental in Amarillo Texas to verify the account number. I said earlier that I wanted the dentures to be repaired. Now since you have prolonged the service to be acknowledged, I would like full replacement of the dentures. It is a defective product, and you should address the issue. Teeth began to fall out after the first month. I have never received any type of paper work showing what kind of warranty what so ever. Again please call Aspen Dental in Amarillo Texas, phone number is 806-809-0262 and the account no. is ********. Please do your part to take care of this as soon as possible for I have no teeth to eat with and my health is not getting any better because of this situationInitial Complaint

I went into Aspen Dental 4/29/22 I believe for a broken tooth issue. They took a bunch of images and then decided to do a full check-up, without being asked, and then made up a financial plan without discussing anything. I had to wait to talk to finance counselor who got an attitude when I asked what the appointment was for they were trying to schedule me, and they were pushy with scheduling appointments. There's no communication, they lied and said I got denied for Care Credit Card and forced me to apply for another card when I went in for half of mouth deep cleaning, and now I have two credit cards open, and they sent about $2600 worth of work they haven't done to the second credit card I had to apply to. They pre-charge the work they want to do, forcing you to have to use them for dentistry and they rescheduled my appointment I had to cancel without my knowledge. I had to call for a week and leave a voicemail every time just to cancel my appointment, and it still never got cancelled. The dentist told me to basically suck it up when I told him I was uncomfortable with numbing gel and saliva in back of my throat and he didn't care when I told him the numbing shots hurt even after he did 4 of them. They do not explain their care plan and just expect you to rush along and do whatever they say. I do not feel safe and comfortable with a team who does not communicate and just force patients to do a lot.Business response

They pulled the wrong tooth. They used my x-rays from October n pulled the tooth I already had filled. I went in to get the one next to the one they pulled taken out cause it has a large chip in it. They pulled the wrong one then said it was my fault. They wanted me to pay again to have the right one taken out. Then when I asked if I needed a lawyer They made me leave. So now I'm out a good tooth n 275 for cost and another 325 to go somewhere else to get the right tooth taken out.Business response
