This Lawyer and his staff took serious advantage of my family financially & emotionally during our time of grief and loss. They knew that there had been substantial deaths in our family as well as divorce pending due to volatile and emotionally unbalanced situations. There was no extended intention(s) to counsel and regard our family to which they were paid to do. Questions in basic form were answered but not to the extent that would give an educated perspective of what the law qualified our options to be and what our plans of recourse needed to be. I ended up spending more time fighting with the Attorney and his staff than I did my spouse. The staff took numerous opportunities to manipulate Professional boundaries for social gain and Criminal Gain. When addressed for appropriate redirection, the Supervisor (i.e. Attorney) had no regard for the staff's ill will conduct and lack of Professional detail for Attorney Client Privilege as well as what was in the best interest of the client. Instead of dropping the client at that moment, the Attorney continued to milk our family for money knowing that if WE FIRED HIM we would lose a substantial amount of cash and work invested in the matter and it would be super expensive for us to pick up where this firm had "left off" and run with the ball. When we attempted to move forward in our legal matter due to lack of communications and continuity by the attorney and his staff, AND after paying them a substantial amount of money, (we could not get them to answer or return telephone calls or emails and the staff and the lawyer lied to the court and my spouse about WHY THEY were "withdrawing from the case". In the meantime I have experienced other severe complaints about this law firm from other persons and community Professionals as well as Citizens. This law firm and it's staff promote and dictate serious and potential injury to the General Public as well as the integrity of the legal systems and it's frail and Professional reputations. This lawyer stole from our family.
