stove was purchased from Center city furinture in amarillo and the stove top had a faulty glass top that was broke they will not fix nor replace the item my parents ***** and ***** ******* *** ******* ave hereford tx XXXXX are without a stove the total paid 1081.42 they want the stove returned and the amount paid refunded so that they can go get a stove that works my dad is on a special diet due to medical issues so eating out is not good for him they have had over 2months to address the issue and keep blowing them offBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/06) */ We do not have a customer named ***** *****. Our account is with ***** and ***** ******* who did not file this complaint. The ********** purchased the rang from us 7/1/21. On 10/14/21 ***** ******* called and said she had broken the glass cooktop. At that time ***** was given the Frigidaire warranty service telephone number because Frigidaire policy does not allow anyone but the customer to call for warranty service. Fridaire company sent a repairman to the *********** The serviceman determined it was not customer abuse and sent the report to Frigidaire company. We have been in contact with ***** ******* to see if we could assist in anyway even though we are not allowed to interfere in Fridaire Warranty service. Last week ***** ******* talked with Manager Les ****** and said Frigidaire had sent her a letter she didn't understand. Les ****** called Frigidaire they told him that they would send her information to claim a refund. LES ****** explained to ***** ******* she would get a refund from the Frigidaire factory and she said okay.
