I came to get my hair dyed and trimmed. Two days later I washed my hair and the gray hair still visable and split ends , uneven highlights and layers uneven. I contacted Eva because she said that if I didn’t like it to call her and let her know that she would fix it so I got home and I didn’t like it. with my business schedule I was able to contact her a week and 2 days later. She agreed to fix her errors. The day before my appointment she texted me to reschedule that her son had an event at school. I told her I couldn’t because I had plan to go out of town for a job. so she rescheduled me Anyway, without any consideration from 10:30am to for Friday morning at 9 am. I showed up at 9:15 because I got lost and due to traffic. When I arrive at the salon, there is no one in sight at the salon and no vehicle in the parking lot so I texted her if she needed me to reschedule I would reschedule. So she rescheduled for Saturday 10 AM. I show up at 10 AM and there’s no car inside in the parking lot. No one inside the salon I knocked the door was also locked, and the lights were on. I’ve called her a few times And texted her and I have not received a reply from her. I would like to get my money back and fill a complaint against Eva Duran. She’s very unprofessional very untrustworthy. She charged me $190 for highlight and trim and being that it’s always good to tip, I tipped her without having the opportunity to observe my hair closely, yet. I trusted her. I expected her to be professional and deliver and to comply with her professional word that she would show up to the appointment and she never did. She never gave me an explanation. I sat in the parking lot and waited for her for 47 minutes, she seems to be a scammer if you look at her website she makes appointments by text only and you have to pay a deposit and if you don’t show up to appointment it’s $100 charge so I feel like I should be owed another hundred dollars aside from the $190 she charged me plus the $10 extra that I tipped because of my generosity not because I had approved of her responsibilities at that time. I feel she should’ve at least given me an explanation for not showing up to the appointment. She’s very irresponsible, very unprofessional and trustworthy and does not deserve to be in business if she’s not going to comply with ethics and business requirements and responsibilities. I tried to give her a chance to come and still be professional and do her job, but she never replied. Eva was very quick to want to curl my hair. Didn’t even ask me at the end of my appointment. She just grabbed the curling iron She said I’m gonna curl your hair. I feel like now it’s to cover up the hair of the trim and the gray because I couldn’t see it due to the big curls and salon hair product in my hair. when I got home that night there was still gray visible in the front of my hair, but I was occupied with my clients I couldn’t get in touch with her until later. Eva agreed to meet with me and she did not show because she obviously guilty and doesn’t care about her professional duties. She made me feel as if she was arguing with me and calling me a liar. She is very rude and unprofessional and not complying with what she’s paid to do.
