      We bought a ******* back up generator a year ago. Scottco came and performed the yearly maintenance. Since this was done our generator has not completed the periodic starting and running. We have contacted Scottco twice. Talked to the tech who assured us he would come check it out and get back with us. Have not seen nor heard from him. This response happened during installation. Would like for the owner to contact me. I have two other locations I would like to install a back up. Love ******* but not Scottco

      I had a issue arise with Scottco in mid-late 2021. They were offering a "VIP" something if you paid $210, they would come and check plumbing, heat, air, electrical. They did not do it. I called them to come fix my commode and they came 3 different times for the same problem and charged me a service fee every time. I ended up calling a different plumber and he came out and found out the commode was cracked and needed to be replaced. I am just wanting to get my $210 refunded to me for the inconvenience. Tried calling Scottco to resolve the issue and didn't get anywhere with the conversation with the Plumbing Supervisor.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/27) */ Mr. ***** was a member of our Super Service Club. By our records we called Mr. ***** October 4, 2021 and left a message. We called again October 12, 2021 and spoke to a lady that stated she would have Mr. ***** call us back the next day. Our calls were never returned so the maintenances were never ran. Mr. ***** had us out to repair a toilet, our technician was on site August 26, 30, and 31st. We never received a call back that the customer was still having trouble. Mr. ***** spoke with our Plumbing Supervisor today and stated he was unhappy with our service and that he wanted to cancel his SSCM. Our supervisor agreed to cancel the membership and issue a refund of $210.00. Our Customer Service Supervisor called and left a message for Mr. ***** today, January 27, 2022 around 12:15pm, to let him know the refund was being issued and his membership was cancelled. Per our records all requests of the complaint were addressed prior to receiving the complaint notice from the BBB. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/01/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Thank you for resolving this issue and refunding my membership.
