Purchased a home from builder with a builder's warranty. Warranty was honored at first but after covid all attempts to get service were ignored. Business unreachable by phone number provided. Email attempts were ignored. We've had problems with the home that were never addressed including electrical issues that should've been covered by the warranty. However, the warranty expires soon and it's likely nothing will be done.Business response

Good afternoon,
Please take note of the following information: According to the attached contract, Mr. **** only purchased the standard 1-year warranty. Additionally, the email address he was communicating with belonged to an employee who was no longer with our office after the occurrence of Covid. We advise reaching out to our office directly using the public phone and email information for any future assistance. Rest assured, we will carry out and complete the work mentioned in good faith, as Mr. **** has always been courteous and patient with us in the past.
