            I feel I was overcharged for the very short service I received. I feel like David could have warned me how much he was going to charge. He was her for maybe 10 minutes and tightened two nuts, but before that he tried to sale me replacement faucets for over $600.00. Ridiculous! So then he tightened the nuts which I could do and charged me $163. Highway robbery no customer satisfaction. Stephanie R

            We appreciate your feedback, and we understand your frustration. As I explained to you before, we are a flat rate company and David was able to keep from having to replace the hose bibs by tightening the nuts to the existing hose bibs you have already. He gave you options, either to replace the hose bibs or to tighten the existing hose bibs nuts. You agreed to try having them tightened, not knowing if they would hold or not, in order to keep from having to replace the hose bibs. Fortunately, David tightened them just enough to keep them from leaking but did not over tightening them so that he did not break them or the hose bibs. You paid a flat rate simple service fee, which included his years of knowledge and experience on how much pressure or torque he could apply before causing damage to your existing hose bibs. He did explain to you that it would be a simple service fee and received a signature before proceeding to do the work to be done and when he left your hose bibs were no longer leaking. We are sorry we did not make you happy and we hope that your hose bibs are still leak free. Have a blessed day!
