9/25/22 We ordered our food totaling $66 and some change and they charged an extra 3% for the use of a debit card. If I'm correct I believe it to be against Texas law to surcharge for the use of a debit card. When I asked about the surcharge they did not remove the charge and the total ended up being $68Business response

I believe it is okay to have a cash price & and price f or credit card or debit cards. I have to pay a charge to except cards. I am cash price, credit card price 3%.
