On Thursday, June 13, I applied for a hardship loan for dental work that is needed. Then, the next day, I received an email, informing me that the Distribution Certification Statement was missing; so, on Saturday, I sent the information to their office. On Friday, when I called to see if they can push the processing faster, I was told that I needed to send the Hardship Distribution Form. In fact, looking back at my paperwork, that was done way last week. It is urgent that I have the money in order to get this procedure done. I don't want the problem with the cavity to destroy the nerve and root. This has become very frustrating because the necessary paperwork has been sent. In their email to me, which was sent today (June 22), I was informed that the paperwork could not be processed. What is even more frustrating is not know why nothing was processed. If I knew the specifics, then the issue can be taken care of. If there is missing information, which shouldn't be, I need to know what additional information is needed. By the way, on one of the forms, it asks for my marital status, which is "Single". Therefore, I don't need a spouse's approval for anything. What I need is my money. I am not happy at this point; and, judging by the reviews, there are many unhappy people. One thing is for sure, Corebridge will get their money back because they have my banking information on file. And, when it is time to pay the money back, the money will be taken from my checking account.
