I hired Kelly roofing for a hail damage claim. My insurance company sent me a check. They put my roof on few days later but done damage to my facia and a gate in the backyard. A sturdy bucket was stolen from my porch from a person who did my kitchen ceiling from leak in skylight. I also had a 3 ft wooden gnome taken from someone working here which was out of camera range. I have extensive hail damage to my siding which they will not fix. they have all my insurance money on the roof pretty much so all the other damage from hail had been used up or so they say. It will be a year in June 2024 since all this damage took place. I called and tried to get a resolution and got upset so the secretary there said she would not talk to me anymore. I would like resolution on this matter cause I have a heavily damaged home that will not be covered in case of another hail storm. They have never sent me a billBusiness response

We were hired to install a new roof for *** *******, this is the 3rd time to roof her house.
Mrs. ******* called and said she had a leak around a skylight. We did not replace the skylight as it was not broken during this hail storm. However, we sent the crew to seal the skylights. And sent a subcontractor to look at the interior damage. He painted over the leak stain, and really went above and beyond and fixed areas of previous texture repairs that didn’t look great and painted the entire kitchen ceiling. Kelley Roofing paid for the work with no charge to Mrs. *******.
While the painter was there cleaning out his paint sprayer, he borrowed a bucket to help clean up his equipment. *** calls sometime later and says that the bucket is missing. The painter says that he put the bucket back on the side of the house. The next day we hand delivered a new bucket to her and apologized.
She has also stated in the BBB claim that there is gate damage and a missing 3 foot yard gnome, this is the first we have heard about it.
Mrs. ******* and I had a plan in place to get the siding work done.
But *** can’t get over the bucket.
We have put *** in touch with a siding contractor and they should be able to work out a plan to get the work done, outside of Kelley Roofing. Or, she can hire who she wishes to complete the work. *** has all of the insurance proceeds from the siding/exterior repairs.
*** has enough money to get her siding repaired.
*** has paid us in full.
We are not able to make *** happy, it is in both the interest of the Company and *** to move on.
