We dropped off our Camper to in February of 2022 to have warranty work and a recall notice addressed. We were told everything would be fixed in two weeks. Several weeks went by with no work being done. In mid to late March we picked the camper up for a trip. When we arrived, they could not find the camper. After helping them search their property for about an hour we located our camper. A week later we returned the camper to have the work done. About a month later after several unreturned calls I stopped in in person. They told me that they did not have our camper. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he was on a conference call. I left and tried to call the manager several times with no response. The excuse was always "with a customer" or "on a call". I stopped in person again and was told that the manager was on a call. I asked to speak with his supervisor and suddenly he had time to talk. He also told me that they had no record of my camper being there. We reviewed the repairs again and again were told two weeks. In July after more silence and more unreturned calls we needed the camper for a family trip. I finally received a call back only to find out that no repairs had been done. I convinced them to at least get the hot water heater and gas valve fixed. When I picked it up they had lost the keys, the inside was covered in construction dust and it had 4 flat tires. Someone reached out from customer service. I told them how bad the service was. She said they just replaced the manager and asked us to give them another try. We did, again were told two weeks. We cannot get them to return our calls. On October 4th and 12th I called their CEO number, ************* both times being told that Melissa from dispute resolution would contact us in the next 2 days. Still have heard nothing from her. They have stored our camper outside in the West Texas Sun for most of this year. We want it back and any sun/weather damage repaired.
