On July 14, 2022 I had my vehicle towed from ******* Auto Canyon, TX to ******* automotive. Rickey's arrived at Auto *******s to have my vehicle towed however, since the dashboard was not in tact it could not be towed. I spoke with Megan and she said he tow truck guy needs to come back since he has to go another call. The tow truck guy did return 30 minutes later or so and was able to tow my vehicle to ******* automotive. I have requested a recepit from Megan several times including a letter in reference, Rickey's having to go out a second time since the vehicle's dashboard was disemballed the first time. I have spoke with Megan several times about this issues, and her statement "when I have time I will email it to you". My insurance company has called and spoke with Megan about a recepit and if Rickey's did acutally go out to *******'s Auto twice for the tow. Megan refused to give me a receipt which I am entitled to. I stated to Megan she is breaking the law by refusing to give me a recepit and I will file a complaint. She said I can do whatever I want, and its none of her concern. All I'm after is a recepit and if she can give a letter stating Rickey's at *******'s Auto twice for the tow. I need recepit in order to be reimburrished by my insurance company.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/26) */ This was taken care of and a copy of the invoice and receipt was emailed to the email that was provided. I have verified the email myself so I'm not sure what the complaint is all about. The desired resolution states to provide a letter. A letter for what? Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/07/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I did receive a copy of invoice via email, after I had filed complaint. Invoice portion taken care. However, letter portion no. I'm still waiting on a respond as to why, a second dispatch was required. Explanation I was given, car was not ready. Why wasn't the car ready? Still waiting on response.
