Owner gave us the run around on multiple things throughout the building process. Items such as the neighbors sprinkler being repaired and the landscaping being fixed due to large equipment damages was not completed by the owner as it was stated it would be. We asked **** several times about these problems and he would say it was top priority and that as soon as he could find a landscaping company to come out and get the job done he would. He then left after final payment was submitted and we never heard from him again. Our neighbors have tried reaching out and he will not return their calls either. $2,000.00 total in damages have been paid by the customer as a result. Conduit/electrical work not done correctly causing leaks, and piping leading from pool to the pump not covered up upon completion of job. Fencing between our house and the neighbors house was put back up incorrectly and is needing to be fixed/repaired as well. Vacuum that runs daily on its own was supposed to be provided one month after pool was complete and this has not been given to us. I have spoken to multiple other customers that are going through the same issues. We all have been hassled for money and as soon as he receives it he takes off. This man is a horrible, horrible, business owner and word of mouth will travel on why others should not consider using him.
