    Our two horses were boarded at Lady A Horse Performance, LLC, with Amanda S******. On Wednesday, March 30, Amanda verbally told ***** that board would be increasing to $415 (up from $350), effective April 1, mentioning rising costs as the reason. Amanda had previously verbally communicated to us that board would be $350/mo and we would be grandfathered at that rate for any increases in the future. After reviewing our contract, my spouse and I and I did not see that the increase to $415 was provisioned for, but being mindful of the rising costs, offered to pay for our portion of the increases. We sent an email to her Thursday, April 31, detailing such, and board of $350/horse was paid to her. Amanda replied through text that we "did not trust her". We clarified with her as to if she had seen the email or not, which she confirmed she had. Her and my spouse Ashe had a few more correspondence over text on Saturday, April 2, hoping to resolve the ordeal. We suggested re-doing the boarding contract for the new rate. She eventually replied that we could "agree to disagree" and did not respond to Ashe's next text. A certified mail letter was delivered to us Wednesday, April 6, stating that we must vacate by the end of April, otherwise we will not be allowed on the property.
