      I purchased the boat in March of 2020, and since day 1 I have had nothing but issues with the service ***** I shouldve known they were going to be a problem with the general manager Called me almost a month after I took possession of the boat asking me to take him cash to cover my payment. Cause he forgot to submit my paperwork and he had made the payment out of his own personal acct. he gave me a copy of the check as proof for me. I shouldve returned the boat there and walked away but I really liked that boat it was perfect for what I wanted. Once the break in hours were obtained in the engine I took it in for service and decided to upgrade and add the trolling motor. While there I had found some issues (front live well leaking, rear livewell had leaks from lid and bottom) I had that addressed. Called 2 months later! To finally get my boat back and trolling motor was not properly installed. Console port wasnt put in, cable was left thrown in the bottom of the console. Puck wasnt installed, I was told it wasnt necessary but they did install it while I waited in the parking lot. Left and ran the boat, all 3 leaks still existed and found a new issues trailer cracked and TTop was not secured properly and kept pulling screws loose while in transit. Took boat back again. They took 3 months this time and returned boat said it was good to go all issues addressed, I asked what they found on the leaks and they said oops we forgot about those. Again they addressed in the parking lot. Somehow the techs repaired the leak without ever getting on the boat they stood around for 15 minutes as I watched from away and then came and said all done. I asked about the Lid leak and they said go to ********** and buy weather strip. I took boat home and I complained to service manager and I was told everything would be corrected and bring it back again. TTop had been siliconed back in place, leaks still not fixed to this day after having taken another 5 mon with the boat&More damages

      I took my 115 Yamaha, under warranty, to them for warranty repairs. It was Spring and I had dumped old gas, rinsed the tanks out, put fresh fuel in the tank, purged the fuel.lines and changed the water separator fuel filter prior to finding the fuel.pump was bad. Premier said there was water in my fuel tank (lol) and it had messed up my injectors and high pressure fuel pump. After changing all that, they found the fuel pump I told them was bad, was bad. To begin with, there was no water in the fuel. It cost me an arm and a leg to get my boat back, and neither Premier nor Yamaha would help me. This was at the ******** location on hwy 90, close to IH-10. They are liars and cheats.
