              I purchased the item November 1 ***** the item i purchased is custom so they have a pre order policy Delivery time Exterior Carbon ESTIMATED: ***** Weeks it has been way past that in their policy they also state this Non-Refundable Purchase. If wait time greatly exceeds estimated time and you request to cancel your order, 30% Restocking fee will be deducted from your total, you will only be refunded 70% of your total order amount, No Exceptions. I have tried contacting them multiple different ways email and messaging their businesses account on instagram Ive tried several times over the past few months and Ive heard nothing back. From the look of their account they made everything private and stopped posting things. At this point I would just like a refund.
