Ordered Capitan Boots for $108.An exchange for exact item is $8 more for taxes. A store credit is only $92.They are out of most sizes people are exchanging for. So if you request a refund to your card used its $10 charge. Yet out of the $108 Including taxes you can only receive $82? As a return to you have to pay shipping, not ***** shipping. They give you a free return label. So out of the $82 they will deduct their shipping COSTS OF $15. PLUS THEY CAN DEDUCT MORE IF DECIDED YOU DAMAGED THEM? So they don't contact you they keep the taxes or charge taxes twice. So I am still waiting for them to refund since they got the boots. So all customers lose an automatic 40% of what they spent it's a scam.Business response

Good afternoon,
I've attached an image of the sale showing that the boot did in fact cost $85 + the cost of shipping, and that there was no scam. The boots were actually heavily discounted. I've also included a return receipt showing that the customer did receive the refund, minus the shipping cost. Included in that image is proof that the customer accepted the return policy. If the customer doesn't like the standard return policy, we also offer a 10% increase in credit for store credit and exchanges.

Charged for a pair of boots I didnt order. Returned the boots. Lane refunded part of the erroneous order to my cc and the balance to a shoptify gift card. I expect to be refunded to the cc they charged for boots I didnt order. Tried for over a month to get resolution with customer service but have given up. Nice person but he cant get resolution from a third party returnely? I shouldnt be dealing with this over boots Ive returned that were never ordered.Customer response
