I bought a truck I. April of last year from this location and about 1 week oh having it it started giving me problems and I took it back so they could fix the problem. Supposedly they fix the problem but it seem like they only fix it temporarily because the problem happen again and I took it back and they didn't want to help me so I took it somewhere else and paid $1,200 to fix it and the problem is way more than they could do. I called them last week recently and ask to see what they can do but they keep giving me the run around. I got a loan from credit ***** of Texas that paid them so I want to return the truck since they are not willing to help me out

As with all cars trucks and suvs they are sold as is on some used trucks they may issues that arise such as coils or injectors with in the first week if brought back call in or emailed we honor the customers word and try our best with time allowed to fix the issue. at this time a refund is not a option sorryCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I took the truck back the first week and supposedly they fixed the problem but they didn't and when I called to tell them they said that couldn't do anything for me because the owner said so. To me, that is very poor service I called multiple times and no one could help and this was all within a month of getting the truck I even took the truck back and they wouldn't help me.

Again all customers are able to both check out trucks and drive them after the sell we will always look at any issue that *** come up the first week but agian all cars trucks and suvs sold in ***** are as is signed with what we have promise to fix on a truck sorry that you are un happy with our serviceCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
If that's how you run your business it's not good because I called several times to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes and finally when someone came back they said the manager left. I called back and one of the salespeople said we do not have a manager. In the State of *****, you're not supposed to sell Lemon vehicles either and you are still selling them to people without telling them so you're in the wrong
