On 9/25/2023 and 9/26/2023, I had my cell phone worked on by this company. The screen was cracked and in need of replacement. No other issues were present with the device, as acknowledged by the employees working at the store when the phone was turned over to them. The repair I paid for was never completed as assured by these employees, who stated it would be "exactly the same" as prior to the damage once complete. In addition, the phone has since exhibited new screen and speaker functionality issues as a result of the work performed. It is in fact in far worse condition than when it was originally brought in, as outlined below. Everything stated here was communicated to the owners of the company via the email provided by their employees on duty on 9/27/2023 ************************************ I was informed that this was the only way to communicate with the company's upper management/ownership, but no reply to this email was ever received. As mentioned in that message, the screen will no longer wake from an off state via tap, and the phone cannot be used to make or receive calls except while in speakerphone mode. The speaker which is normally audible when held to the ear is no longer audible during calls, and the party on the other end of a call likewise cannot hear anything except when speakerphone is active on the device. In addition, the screen no longer defaults to displaying the active call info as is the phone's default setting, and must be kept in speakerphone mode to be viewed this way, as well. These issues have all been acknowledged as having resulted from the work of the aforementioned employees at this location, and were guaranteed to be fully rectified by 10/01/2023. Despite several return visits at the request of these employees, this guarantee was unfulfilled and the phone remains virtually useless. I therefore request a full refund of the three payments highlighted in the attached document by 3/13/2024, otherwise this matter will be taken before a court of law.Initial Complaint

February 26, 2024 I paid $140 to have my daughters ipad 9th generation screen fixed. It was working and we just wanted the screen repaired. First we were promised it would be done that day. The guy called and said that the boss had taken it home to fix and she will bring it back the next day. I expressed the fact that that was unprofessional that she had taken my personal belongings home with the passcode. The next day which was Feb 27th he then said the bosss daughter was sick and she had stuff to do so I couldnt get the ipad until the next day Feb 28th which I was then really ****** and expressed that it wasnt ok with me so he preceded to offer a free phone case as if that took the place of her having the ipad at home for two days. The next day Feb 29th when I get to the store the guy calls the boss and she began to explain that the tablet is broken and doesnt come on that she was unable to fix it. Stunned I asked so what ****** apologized and offered me my money back which I then preceded to explain to her that she would have to do more than that because now the tablet no longer work. It worked perfectly fine the day it was brought in, She said the best she could do was give me a ipad 7th generation wifi only if I pay her $40 more dollars. I asked her was she crazy. Im not spending anymore money so then she said you can have the ipad. I explained to her that this wasnt the same ipad as my daughters and I wasnt accepting anything other than. She said well sorry but thats all I have. I told her that she was scamming me because everything about the transaction was wrong and unprofessional and that the ipad was nowhere near the value of my daughters ipad. She said take it and Ill give you your ipad back but it doesnt work and she then go to the back and bring foward the pile of mess she made and then stated. I didnt know it was a 9th generationsorry. We left with the only thing she would give.
